I like the idea but you should practice the colouring...i think a better choise for this piece would be good old watercolours...and the is no clear diffence between the foreground and backgorund...one way that you can create dept is to put the thing that are closer to the viewer darker and the things far beyond lighter...but keep on practicing girl!
